Negotiated introduction of New Technology with Trade Union officials. Recruitment and appointment of personnel, direct control 36 people. Increased output by targeted 400% whilst remaining within budget.

1978-79 Traction Site Manager Taiwan
Engaged on Railway Electrification Project responsible to UK for erection, commissioning, modification and initial service maintenance of a fleet of 20 Locomotives and 13 Electrical Multiple Units. Recruitment and appointment of local staff (total 20), control of a staff of 30 people.

1975-77 Commissioning/Site Engineer
Engaged on Commissioning, warranty, service and site engineering duties on Tube Stock supplied to London Transport.
